Foundation 4

I started out mixing Foundation 4 in with the High Impact Chocolate Whey Protein because I was afraid of the green! But after I got brave enough to try it on its own I found that it does have a really nice strawberry flavor. I just mix it with 4-6 ounces of water and drink it first thing in the morning before breakfast.

Been drinking this product every morning for almost a month now. I don’t need coffee to stay focused and awake anymore. I still have a cup because I love the taste though. I’ve also noticed a boost in my metabolism. I feel better and healthier.

I’ve used foundation 4 for about 6 or 7 months now. While I can’t say it has blown me out of the water as far as how I feel, I’m confident that the ingredients in here have an incredible impact on my mind and body. That’s why I’ve chosen to continue taking it!

This stuff is amazing. My gut has never been better!!!

I purchased this product for my husband one month ago. Primarily because of his difficulties with slow bowel function with constipation,bloating,gas and reflux. His gut was not happy.We eat a healthy diet with minimal processed foods and he is quite physically active nearly every day. He was skeptical when I presented him with the first jar. But all of his other attempts to rectify the problem had been unsuccessful.
It was apparent nearly from the first day that his bowel function had improved significantly. He no longer uses his usual Elaborate daily concoction to try to (unsuccessfully) normalize his bowels. He also is more easily keeping off waist fat and his overall weight has been shifting naturally to the lower end of the range he likes to be at. I have seen an improvement in his energy and mood. He looks and acts younger. Very happy with the results.
