Started using this for my pre-workout protein and so far it has been fine. The taste is very good so thats a plus and it goes good in Nonfat Greek yogurt and fat free cottage cheese as well. I’m on my 2nd jar of whey protein. I’m 66 yr old female & the shake fills me up but I’m also taking fat burners that curb the appetite as well. I’ve found that I don’t eat much anymore and my energy levels have actually dropped instead of increasing. I have lost weight and inches which I’m very happy about. I’m working on eating more protein in the mornings to see if that helps.
