Sweepstakes Official Rules

  1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. SWEEPSTAKES VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
  2. Eligibility: The Power Life Text Club Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is only open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia EXCLUDING RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF RHODE ISLAND, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Proof of residency and age may be required. The winner acknowledges that if they enter the Sweepstakes using a fraudulent name or account, they will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Employees of THGH Partners, LLC d/b/a Power Life Nutrition (the “Sponsor”), its affiliated entities, and its advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to win, nor are members of such employees’ immediate families. The term “immediate families” includes spouses, domestic partners, children, siblings, grandparents, and grandchildren.
  3. Agreement to Official Rules: By entering this Sweepstakes, the Entrant (“You”) agrees to abide by the Sponsor’s Official Rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. By entering this Sweepstakes You represent and warrant that You are eligible to participate based on the eligibility requirements set forth above. You also agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this The Power Life Text Club Sweepstakes.
  4. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on June 21, 2024 and ends at 12:00 p.m. PT on June 28, 2024 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). To be eligible for the Sweepstakes, entries must be received within the specified Sweepstakes Period.

    How to Enter: Eligible entrants can enter The Power Life Text Club Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period, by doing the following:

    1. Sign up for Power Life Text Club through this link.
    2. If You are already registered, enter by texting the code ONEYEAR to 45031!

    By submitting this Power Life Sweepstakes entry, You agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing emails and text messages (e.g. cart reminders) from Power Life at the email address and cell number submitted on this form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel text messaging. Msg frequency varies. Msg and data rate may apply. View Privacy Policy.

    As a participant, your entry must fully meet all Sweepstakes requirements, as specified in the Official Rules, in order to be eligible to win a prize. Incomplete entries or those that do not adhere to the Official Rules or specifications will be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

  5. Winner Selection: Two (2) winners will be selected at random following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period. The winners will be contacted at the number provided at signup within five (5) business days following the close of the Sweepstakes Period. If any winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to either select an alternate winner or not award that winner’s prize. Sponsor’s decisions regarding all matters related to the administration of the Sweepstakes and selection of the winner(s) are final. IF A WINNER VIOLATES ANY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, SUCH WINNER (AT THE SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL BE DISQUALIFIED, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
  6. Prize: There will be Two (2) grand prize winner(s). Each winner will receive $1,198.80 of Power Life products; 24 jars of High Impact Protein of winner’s choice of flavor and base. One prize per winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with a similar prize of equal or greater value in the event an original prize is not available due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control. Each winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). The prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions or substitutions. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. All prizes will be shipped to the winner via U.S.P.S. and/or electronic mail. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, stolen, misdirected or damaged mail. Prizes lost or damaged in mailing will not be replaced.
  7. Rights Granted by You: By submitting an entry (e.g., text, video, photo, etc.) into this Sweepstakes, You understand and agree that the Sponsor, any individual acting on the Sponsor’s behalf, and the licensees, successors, and assigns of the Sponsor shall, where permitted by law, have the right to print, publish, broadcast, distribute and use in any media known now or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, worldwide, and without limitation, your submission, name, photo, portrait, voice, likeness, image, statements about The Power Life Text Club Sweepstakes, and your biographical information for advertising, promotional purposes, trade, information, and public relations without any further notice, review, consent, compensation, or remuneration.
  8. Release of Liability: By entering the Sweepstakes, You release and hold Sponsor, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, managers, members, officers, employees, and agents, harmless from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes, the Power Life website or any prize won.SPONSOR (INCLUDING ITS PARENTS, AFFILIATES, THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS, MERCHANTS, SPONSORS, LICENSORS AND THE LIKE, AND OUR AND THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS AND EMPLOYEES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELATED PARTIES”)) PROVIDES ITS WEBSITE, PRODUCTS, THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS AND THIRD PARTY WEBSITES ON AN “AS-IS” BASIS AND MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE OPERATION OF ITS OR ANY THIRD PARTY WEBSITE, OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, PRODUCTS OR THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON ITS OR ANY THIRD PARTY WEBSITE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPONSOR AND ITS RELATED PARTIES DISCLAIM ALL SUCH REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES INCLUDING, FOR EXAMPLE, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
  9. Choice of Law: The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, excluding conflicts of laws principles. By entering this Sweepstakes, You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of California courts (state and federal) in Los Angeles County for any causes or controversies arising out of the Sweepstakes.
  10. Miscellaneous Conditions: The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. The Sweepstakes may only be entered in or from the United States. Sweepstakes entries originating from any other jurisdiction will be disqualified. Sponsor has the sole discretion to terminate the Sweepstakes at any given time, or to amend these rules at any time for any reason. In the event of an early cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to award a prize in a random drawing from all eligible entries received before the time of cancellation. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software; or failure of any entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, cellular or internet service issues, or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site; or any combination thereof. If any provision of these Sweepstakes Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remainder of the Sweepstakes Official Rules will otherwise remain in full force and effect. You acknowledge that these Sweepstakes Official Rules express Your entire understanding and agreement, and that there have been no warranties, representations, covenants or understandings made by Sponsor to You except those expressly set forth in these Sweepstakes Official Rules.
