For a few months now I have been enjoying both vanilla and chocolate flavors of the whey protein along with High Impact Endurance. I have been able to lose weight and recently had to purchase pants in a smaller size than I have been able to wear for past 10 years! I have been on HIE for about 3 weeks and my energy level is very good. I have been working out 5 days a week and I take this about 45 min before my workouts.
