Terms & Conditions for
Power Life x Brooke Burke Body Platform Access

1. Overview

Power Life has partnered with the Brooke Burke Body (“BBB”) platform to provide added value to eligible Power Life continuity subscribers. Eligible customers may receive complimentary access to the BBB platform (the “Offer”).
By participating in this Offer, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which are in addition to Power Life’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, as well as BBB’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

  • The Offer is available only to select active Power Life continuity (monthly subscription) customers.
  • The Offer is valid only while your monthly subscription is active and shipments are ongoing.
  • One-time purchasers are not eligible unless they later enroll in a continuity (monthly subscription) program through approved Power Life channels.
  • The Offer is limited to one complimentary BBB account per customer.
  • The Offer is non-transferable and has no cash value.

3. Consent & Data Sharing

  • To receive access, you must provide explicit consent for Power Life to share your name and email address with BBB.
  • If you do not provide consent, you may continue with your Power Life purchase, but you will not receive access to BBB.
  • Power Life will share only your name and email with BBB, for the sole purpose of creating and managing your account. No payment or financial information will be shared.
  • BBB will process your data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

4. Account Creation & Activation

  • Once you provide consent, Power Life will share your information with BBB to create your account.
  • You will receive an activation email from BBB with instructions to complete setup.
  • You must accept BBB’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to activate and use your account.
  • Complimentary access remains valid only while your Power Life monthly subscription is active.
  • Power Life does not guarantee that complimentary BBB access will continue to be offered in the future. Power Life reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue the Offer at any time, with or without notice. This means that even if your Power Life subscription remains active, complimentary BBB access may end. Any such changes will not entitle you to a refund or credit.

5. Subscription Pauses, Skips, or Cancellations

  • If you change your shipping frequency, pause, skip, or cancel your Power Life subscription, your complimentary BBB access will be terminated.
  • You may continue or upgrade your BBB account directly with BBB at then-current rates.

6. Voluntary Cancellation

  • You may cancel your complimentary BBB access at any time by logging into your BBB account and following BBB’s cancellation process.
  • Canceling your complimentary BBB access will not affect your Power Life subscription.
  • Once canceled, complimentary access cannot be reactivated without going through the opt-in and consent process again through Power Life.

7. Upgrades & Limitations

  • Power Life and BBB may modify or discontinue this Offer at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the Power Life website. Continued participation in the Offer constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
  • If you choose to upgrade your BBB membership to a paid tier, your account will be managed directly by BBB. Complimentary Basic access through Power Life may not be reinstated without going through the opt-in and consent process again.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Power Life is not responsible for the performance, availability, or content of the BBB platform. BBB is solely responsible for its platform, features, and customer support.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Power Life disclaims all liability arising from the use of the BBB platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
