I have not drank consistently last few weeks, bc 1) I have a phobia of drinking anything green and 2) the taste. However, discovered mixing with the protein drink, it’s manageable. I did drink daily upon first receiving my order and found that I do/did feel great! I’m back to drinking mixed with the Power Life protein and feeling great! Foundation 4 doesnât taste great unless you add it to another beverage like a smoothie or juice but if you cover the taste you wonât regret it
