High Impact Plant Protein

I’ve been using the vanilla plant based protein powder for a few months. I tried the whey one first and it did not agree with my digestive system so I switched to the plant based one and it is working much better for me. Before trying Tony’s Powerlife protein powder I was struggling with enough energy to get me through my day. I exercised daily and my workouts were suffering and my mental state also. I apparently was not getting enough protein in my diet and not digesting it efficiently. I now have sustained energy and more to complete my workouts and hikes and daily tasks. I feel stronger over all and feel better mentally and have an over all feeling of well-being now. Tony helped me ten years ago lose 60 lbs and 40 inches and get my life back with his workout programs and encouragement and better eating lifestyle plan. Now he’s helping me again as I age and my body changes to be the best version of me I can be. When I ordered my first shipment, my mindset was “what do I have to lose?” All I know is that I had to do something. I’ve always been a big guy…always. And lately, unbeknownst to my family, it’s been increasingly difficult to just move around. It’s like I felt really heavy and sluggish.

Well, I’ve been doing the vegan powder option for about five weeks now, and I definitely feel a difference when climbing stairs, getting out of bed in the morning, and my regular day to day routine.

Another thing I wasn’t expecting is that my clothes are a bit looser. Also, my ring is slipping off my finger all the time. Honestly, the scale hasn’t moved much for me…maybe about five pounds. But I feel better, and I can see a difference in my appearance. My quality of life is improving, and I know this product is helping me with it. I’m extremely grateful, and I’m looking forward to what I feel like several months from now.

I have always exercised for strength but as I’m getting up in age (62) my body was weakening and affecting my mood in a negative way. My weights kept coming down to new lows, then I watched a video on Tony Horton, it sound good and hoped this could help me regain the old me, so I ordered 6 jars of the Plant Protein. After about 1 1/2 jars my curling weights increased to beyond what I was lifting 10 years ago. My old limit was 16 reps with 35lbs dumbbells now I’m at 22 reps and my whole body feels stronger, Wow what a psychological lift!! I have just finished my one jar of the power plant vanilla . I ordered 3 and thought I will try this as I am older now and have lost a lot of muscle . I thought, well that is that, I will just get weaker and unable to do what I have done all my life. Getting old is daunting and I had given up … BUT … after just one jar and a bit of the next one, I ordered 6 more jars as guess what … amazingly I can flex my muscle in my right arm, squeeze it with my left hand AND what was flabby and jiggly is now really difficult to squeeze as the muscle pops up all firm my muscle is reacting like a true muscle. Plus my wobbly under arm wings are toning up as well … who knew. Amazing, …. Ok, I am 70 years young … my mind thinks I am 17 years old but my body has been degrading over the years to the point where I was dreading the next couple of years as things that used to be so easy are ridiculously hard to do. I am getting out of my chair without having to boost myself a couple of times, now one boost and I am up and ready to go.
I had watched the videos and thought well, how could this ever work, how can muscle rebuild without exercising …BUT it is …. Now I am getting my strength back I will FEEL like exercising again … I used to dance, looking forward to many hours of being able to take back one of my passions again. Great product, yay !

I have used it for over 2 months and I love how it taste, I believe in the science and expect the long term muscle retaining results because I trust Tony (and I have done most of his workouts too, P90X lover) I love is low calorie and even the size of the container is smaller than typical shakes.
