I use this product mixed with water to replenish fluids during my workouts. I was previously drinking Pedialyte for this purpose. I think this works better, but it is difficult to quantify. I am trusting the written description of the ingredients here and assuming that it works better. It definitely is superior to water alone.

I’ve been using Peak Replenish for almost 30 days at this point as a replacement for what I used to use (Beachbody Hydrate) during my workouts and occasionally at different parts of the day. I really like the stability that it provides from a rehydration standpoint in workout and I really enjoy the taste. I have noticed also that if I drink this later in the evening as a one-off my sleep is insanely good as well. Looking forward to continuing with this product.
