Foundation Four works very well for my gut health! I can normally feel the effects within an hour or two after drinking it.

I waited a bit to start my FF.
Mostly I don’t like that taste of “green”.
So, I added to my strawberry protein mix and with frozen sliced strawberries.
And then I could get it down.
I think it is working, and the 2 servings of veggies are needed,
as well as the pre and probiotics.

Foundation 4 doesn’t taste great unless you add it to another beverage like a smoothie or juice but if you cover the taste you won’t regret it
