Mr. Horton has credibility attached to his name so when this product was launched I decided to give it a try.
The results have been very good. I was not expecting spectacular, but that is fine. Very good works in my case because I have noticed my muscle mass has improved as well as speed of recovery from any workout.
I prefer the plant based variety. That is just a personal choice. They are all good!!
