I’ve struggled with digestion issues as I’ve gotten older. This product has been a great change for me. Regularity. Consistency. And just all around good experience. The gas is definitely on the minimal side. The color gets a little getting used to as it shades everything green, but once you get beyond that, the taste is fine and there isn’t any graininess to it. Mixes well just in water, or in anything else you want to add it to.

I have the energy to get up off the couch and get my house clean and my yard too. I have been in a funk for over a year just could not make myself get up and do anything I just had no interest. I just thought old age was catching me( I’m almost 63 ) and I just had to live with it. So glad I ordered Foundation Four I am in a better mood and can put up with people (usually at work) that before would drive me up the wall. Overall great product Thank You

I take this every morning as a fresh fruit smoothie with yogurt. Within an hour I feel energized and wide awake. Also, I do feel younger when I do work in the yard or bike riding. I am 65 and my body is more regulated every day. I feel full longer and eat less. Lastly, because I need to make a fruit smoothie to somewhat enjoy the combination, I am eating a healthier breakfast of fruits, vegetables and dairy.

I’ve been trying several different green powders over the past year, all promising better energy, better focus, etc. Nothing ever worked…until now. Foundation Four has been a game changer! I take it first thing in the morning and it gives me energy all day long. I noticed the first week that I no longer had those after lunch slumps where I seriously needed a nap. And after a month, I’ve stopped wasting my money on all the energy drinks to help me get through the day. Thank you!!
